To be eligible for a refund during the 14-day cancellation period, the user must not have initiated the use of the services by opening any orders on the Evaluation account. If the user has already initiated the use of the services, this refund policy no longer applies, and refunds will not be issued. Changing Your Email Address

How to Pay for a Challenge
Paying for your challenge via credit card is one of the most straightforward and widely used methods. We also offer crypto payments in various currencies. To complete a purchase, please navigate to 'My Profile' and click on 'Buy Challenges' on the left side.
Processing time for challenges/programs.
If you paid with a credit card, you typically receive your login credentials shortly after the purchase, usually within a few minutes. With crypto payments, it usually takes around 15-30 minutes but can occasionally take up to a few hours.
