Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Closed Platform and Eligibility Criteria
- FundedTop affiliate program is a closed platform, meaning that we selectively approve affiliates to ensure only the best of the best represent our brand. Approval is contingent upon meeting our stringent criteria, which include but are not limited to: Valid identification submission: Applicants must provide accurate and valid identification documents as part of the application process.
- Sufficient social media presence: Applicants should have a strong and active presence on social media platforms, indicative of their influence and reach.
- Authentic content submission: If the application process requires the submission of videos or other content, such materials must be genuine and accurately represent the applicant’s promotional capabilities.
- Example: An applicant submitting an expired ID, possessing a minimal or inactive social media presence, or providing a misleading video about their marketing strategies may result in the application being denied. Failure to meet these criteria may result in the application not being approved. FundedTop reserves the right to reject any application that does not satisfy our requirements for authenticity, influence, and the potential to positively represent and promote the FundedTop brand.
Example: An applicant submitting an expired ID, possessing a minimal or inactive social media presence, or providing a misleading video about their marketing strategies may result in the application being denied.
General Compliance and Tracking
- Affiliate Link and Cookie Tracking Affiliates must use the designated affiliate link provided in their FundedTop Affiliate Dashboard for tracking referrals. Each unique affiliate link has a 90-day cookie tracking period. Referrals must be made within this timeframe to be eligible for commission. Example: If a potential trader clicks on an affiliate’s link on January 1st, any purchase made by that trader until April 1st will count toward the affiliate’s commission, assuming no cookie deletion occurs.
- Affiliate Self-Purchases Affiliates are allowed to purchase FundedTop products through their own affiliate links; however, commissions for such purchases will not be awarded.
Example: An affiliate uses their own link to purchase a FundedTop plan. The purchase is allowed, but the commission for this action will not be credited.
- Multiple Sign-ups and Referral Commissions Traders can sign up multiple times using different referral links; however, referral commissions will not be generated for recurring purchases made by the same trader.
Example: A trader initially signs up using one affiliate’s link and later makes another purchase using a different affiliate’s link. While both sign-ups are permitted, only the first purchase qualifies for a commission.
Commission Structure and Payments
- Commission on First Purchase Only Affiliates will earn a commission only on the first purchase made by a referred trader. Account top-ups and resets do not qualify for additional commissions.
Example: If a trader initially purchases a $100 plan and later upgrades to a $200 plan, the affiliate earns a commission only on the initial purchase.
- Tier-Based Commission Rates Commission rates are tier-based: Rising Star Affiliates receive 12%, while Pro and Champions Affiliates receive 15% commission on all qualifying package purchases.
Example: A Rising Star affiliate referring a $1000 purchase will earn $120, whereas a Pro affiliate will earn $150 for the same referral.
- Commission Maturity and Payment An affiliate commission will mature 7 days after the purchase date/time, following the refund cycle, and then be added to the affiliate’s dashboard. During this period, the commission will remain pending.
Example: A purchase made on January 1st will see the commission mature and reflect on the affiliate’s dashboard on January 8th, assuming no refund is processed.
Marketing and Promotional Activities
- Prohibition of PPC Advertising Using “FundedTop” The use of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising or keyword bidding on “FundedTop” or any variations of the brand name, specifically using the affiliate link in Google and any other search engines or social media, is strictly prohibited.
- Example: An affiliate creating a Google Ads campaign targeting the keyword “FundedTop” with their affiliate link will be in violation of these terms. Affiliate Link Usage for Referrals resulting from the use of an affiliate’s coupon code without the affiliate link will not be eligible for commission. Affiliates encountering issues with tracking should contact us via email for support. Manual addition of referrals upon request is not permitted.
Example: A customer uses an affiliate’s discount code but does not click the affiliate link. The affiliate should report the issue via email, but the referral cannot be manually added for commission.
Refunds and Disputes
- Refund and Dispute Policy If a sale results in a refund request approved by FundedTop within the 7-day refund/dispute policy period, the commission attributed to that sale will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.
Example: If a trader requests and is granted a refund within 7 days of purchase, the affiliate’s earned commission from that sale will be reversed.
Program Integrity and Security
- Monitoring and Fraud Prevention FundedTop reserves the right to review affiliate sales for legitimacy and to withhold payment on sales deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
Example: If an affiliate is found to have used deceptive practices to generate referrals, such as bots or fake sign-ups, commissions from these referrals will not be paid out.
- Modification of Terms FundedTop reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, but it is the affiliate’s responsibility to review the terms regularly.
Example: Changes to the commission structure will be communicated via email and updated in the affiliate dashboard.
Termination and Enforcement
- Violation of Terms Violations of these terms may result in withheld payments, account suspension, or termination of the affiliate agreement. FundedTop reserves the right to take legal action against affiliates who engage in fraudulent activities.
Example: An affiliate found violating the PPC advertising restriction may have their affiliate account suspended and pending commissions withheld.
